Type of event: Family day: LLBG @ the movies is the family day that is organized annually by La Lorraine Bakery Group. All staff members together with their partner and children were invited to the event .
Number of visitors: 870 visitors
Our services:
-Registration website (NL / FR) with confirmation e-mail and e-tickets
-Reminder e-mail (NL / FR)
-Set-up of 6 reception desks
-Check-in by scanning the ticket.
Our solution and approach: A registration website (NL / FR) was built, on which employees could register with their partner and children and choose which movie they were going to watch. When the maximum capacity of the viewing room was reached, registration for this movie was automatically closed. All employees who had not yet responded a few days before the event were sent a reminder e-mail. At the welcome, we provided 6 reception desks with scanners, so the welcome went very smoothly.
