Event for: Nurses

Location: Kursaal Ostend
Type of event: An annual conference for nurses. Visitors register for the seminars and sessions they want to follow. The event will last for a full week at the Kursaal in Ostend. After attending the sessions, one receives a certificate based on the number of hours of attendance.
Number of visitors: +/- 2700 visitors in 1 week
Our services:
-Check-in through tickets with barcode
-Printing of thermal labels indicating the chosen study day
-Check-out of badge via handheld devices
-Sending attendance certificates based on number of hours of attendance.
Our solution and approach: Send e-mails with barcode to the obtained database. Scanning equipment and thermal printers are used to print a paper badge that fits into a lanyard. On the spot data can still be updated, people can be added, the payment status can be updated upon payment and people who replace someone else can get a personalized badge. Handheld devices wer used to easily scan the badge with QR code from the lanyard. Based on the report, after the event, an attendance certificate is sent to each visitor according to their number of hours of attendance.
